It is beautiful morning, sun is peaking through tree branches.... all the greenery of the forest shined in the morning sun rays. The birds are singing about the beauty of the forest, beautiful flowers were all over there, and there smell make us feel as if, we are in heaven for a second.

Karadiammavan wake up with a yarn, he wants to sleep a little more, but the urge for tasty honey from the Madhumala make him active. He said good bye to his father, and started walking to "The world of honey" with a song on his lips...

On the way to Madhumala, he saw a crowd standing and arguing and their noise makes it feel like  a pandemonium to him. The crowd include almost all the animals in the forest, he asked them "Hey guys, what's the matter?"

All of them were worried by the dictatorship of the King, they wanted to fight against him, but they need a leader. And none of them is willing to become the leader, because they are afraid of Simhathamburan. Last time, they have selected Anathambi (Elephant leader) as their leader, but after that, he is missing. Some says that he is killed by Simhathamburan and some others says that he ran away off fear.

Hearing all these, Karadiammavan laughed at them and said, "You all are cowards!..."

Suddenly, the Mungavidhyan, suggested "Why can't we make Karadiammavan as our leader, he is young, strong and courageous.He is the right choice" Immediately everyone backed his suggestion. But Karadiammavan said no, he needs his father's approval for that. But no one is listening to him. They all need a leader, and they have got one. Now everyone starts leaving saying that "Karadiammavan ki jay".

When he reached home at night, Karadiammvan found that his father is waiting for him, his eyes were red in anger. When he saw Karadiammavan, he asked him in anger, " Where the hell were you?" He continued "I heard you are the leader of the forest to fight against the King, is that right?"

Karadiammavna drooped his head and said " Yes." Hearing that Kaalletan become red hot in anger, but he controlled himself, still his heart is weeping in pain. He had lost his best friend, Kakathamburatti due to Simhathamburan and now the history is going to repeat through her son.

Kaalletan told him "Son, you are not strong enough to beat the King alone, no one in the forest will help you with this. So you need to go right now from this forest. Otherwise, the Pandarapada will hunt you down. Son please go from here..." His voice is trembling in fear.

Karadiammavan said good bye to his father and starts walking... He still can hear the prayers of his father from behind for his safe journey...
